Our 2,500 m²wellness area on 4 floors sits high above the roofs of Seefeld and is distinguished by its unique combination of tradition and modernity. The spa area was completely rebuilt in 2012 and has been greatly popularity with thousands of guests ever since.

Materials from the region, such as Swiss stone pine and natural stone are the basis of our wellness oasis. We have paid special attention to the layout, so that you as a guest can enjoy your wellness holiday in peace and quiet even when fully occupied.

In addition to the panorama indoor pool, sauna world, aroma steam bath, beauty and massage centre, and spacious relaxation areas with waterbeds, you will also find your own gymnastics and fitness centre as well as a lawn on our roof terrace with a magnificent 360° panoramic view of the Karwendel and Wetterstein mountains all the way to the Stubai Alps. In addition, we offer our guests all free indoor and outdoor activities, whether guided hikes, cycling tours, Nordic walking or meditation, and relaxation exercises.

IMPORTANT: The entire wellness area, including pool,is reserved for adults and there is no entry (no access) for children under 16 years.

Already in the planning of our new wellness zone we have paid a high attention in generating spacious relaxing areas for our guests. Nothing is more annoying than that all beds are occupied during your spa holiday. Our spa is designed that there is enough space, beds and chairs for all guests - even when we are fully booked . Overall, you will find the three separate relaxation areas in our SPA. Our highlight is the "Zirbennest" in the attic of the sauna world where you can stroll on waterbeds (double and single beds) and enjoy the silence with stunning panoramic views of the Gschwandtkopf and Rosshütte in Seefeld. The "fireplace room" is located on the middle floor of our SPA and is oriented towards the east direction (Rosshütte). The comfortable double and single beds are manufactured in wood and provide a great, homey atmosphere that makes you really relax. Bring your best books and read them directly at the fireside in the relaxing room.The "Pool Gallery" is located on the 1st floor above the pool and is equipped with ultra comfortable sun sacks - with stunning views of the Gschwandtkopf.
