• The region's extensive cross-country skiing area offers freshly groomed trails for classic and skating styles every day. The trails are open daily from 09:00 to 16:30 according to the current trail report.
• In addition to the traditional trails, cross-country skiing at the highest level is also offered on special trails: Quality-tested trails for barrier-free sledging and an illuminated night trail offer the best conditions for cross-country skiing in one of the most beautiful mountain landscapes in Tyrol.

Alpine skiing on Tyrol's high plateau means skiing for connoisseurs: you will look in vain for overcrowded cable cars and après-ski bars here, instead there are five sunny ski areas with a total of 600,000 m² of real skiing fun, 34 cable cars and lifts and 26 kilometres of perfectly groomed pistes!

The family ski areas on the Birkenlift and Geigenbühel are connected by what is probably the smallest ski swing in the world, the Gschwandtkopf offers fun runs for young and old, the Katzenkopf ski area also has a toboggan run as an alternative and the Rosshütte cable car is an all-rounder with a children's area and freestyle fun park that leaves nothing to be desired. 

Along the way, there are cosy mountain restaurants and rustic huts in all five ski areas - for a delicious refreshment stop from Kaspressknödl to Kaiserschmarrn.
